The Faculty of Law is an administrative unit of Ton Duc Thang University with the following functions and tasks:
1. Organize the implementation and management of training activities in the fields of Economic Law, Civil Law, Criminal Law, International Business Law and other disciplines assigned by the University;
2. Organize the development of training programs, training schemes according to the development orientation of the University and the needs of society; cooperate with scientific and technological organizations, enterprises, other organizations related to the training profession and mobilize the participation of enterprises in the training process of the Faculty;
3. Organize scientific and technological activities, domestic and foreign cooperation in the professional field of the Faculty;
4. Human resource management is in charge of the Faculty;
5. Learner management is in charge of the Faculty;
6. Carry out quality assurance work under the charge of the Faculty;
7. Management of facilities is under the responsibility and authority assigned by the University; ensure that the University's investment is exploited effectively, in accordance with the approved estimates and equipment plans; be responsible for proposing the procurement, use and preservation of assets that have been procured and equipped for effective use by the Faculty;
8. Perform reports, statistics, and other duties assigned by the University Board of Directors.
