Faculty of Law coordinated to organize The International Conference on Labour Relations and Labour Law 2024

The International Conference on Labour Relations and Labour Law 2024 (ICLRLL 2024) is a forum for scientists to present and share research results in the field of industrial relations and industrial law. Through lectures by leading scientists of the world, the conference will provide attendees with the latest knowledge in the field of labour relations, and labour law.

ICLRLL 2024 will be a place to connect, exchange, and exchange experiences between scientists around the world. In addition, the conference also promotes and encourages scientists, researchers, experts, managers, lecturers, and students in the field of labour relations, and labour law of Vietnam to have the opportunity to access and improve the level of scientific research with the world.

The conference had 8 reports on labor laws (focusing on collective bargaining agreements), 7 reports on collective bargaining, and 8 reports on the performance of organizations and employees. The online proceedings of the conference have an ISBN publication index of 26 articles.

Notably, the conference had the participation of experts in the field of labour on over the world such as Prof. Wann-Yih Wu (Nanhua University) with the presentation "Towards a comprehensive model of competence, intelligence and adaptability for the performance of foreigners"; Prof. Sébastien Point (University of Strasbourg - France) with the essay "Why do the French often strike? A cultural explanation"...

This is the first time the ICLRLL workshop has been held in person and online.
