The library of Ton Duc Thang University serves the training and research of the Faculty of Law
The ILibrary of Ton Duc Thang University is an important learning, research, and exploitation space for students, trainees, and lecturers of the University, including the Faculty of Law. With the orientation of building a modern academic environment, the library supports learners to access diverse resources, serving the study of legal modules, scientific research, implementation of dissertations, essays and specialized academic activities. The library space is designed according to the open learning model, encouraging students to self-study, work in groups, look up documents and develop independent research capacity. For students of the Faculty of Law, the library is an effective place to support reading textbooks, referencing in-depth documents, searching for legal documents, scientific articles and learning resources related to legal professional activities.

Library equipment is arranged with reading areas, self-study areas, group study rooms, computer systems, internet and tools to look up academic resources. TDTU INSPiRE Library has a total area of 8,678 m², designed according to the Learning Commons model with a 24/7 overnight self-study area and many functional floors to serve different learning needs. The library provides print resources, digital documents, online databases, e-magazines, e-books, subject materials and scientific products of TDTU; at the same time, there is a group study room equipped with desks, chairs, glass boards and free wireless access. The library computer system also supports students to look up, learn and practice in the process of studying and researching.
The trial classroom serves practical training activities of the Faculty of Law
The Courtroom is an important professional practice space, serving teaching activities, practicing professional skills and organizing hypothetical trials for students of the Faculty of Law. This is a place that helps students transform theoretical knowledge of litigation, trial, litigation and legal practice skills into specific practical activities. Through the trials, students are familiar with the order and procedures of the trial; the role of judges, prosecutors, lawyers, court clerks, defendants, parties and other participants in the proceedings. The courtroom space contributes to creating a serious, vivid and close learning environment with professional practice, helping students improve their legal reasoning, critical thinking, presentation skills, litigation skills and professional manners.
The Courtroom equipment is a classroom that is flexibly arranged according to the class size, the number of students participating and the requirements of each hypothetical trial situation. The space can be arranged in a courtroom model with a position for the Trial Council, representatives of the Procuracy, lawyers, court clerks, litigation participants and student observation areas. Equipment for trial teaching includes practice uniforms for judges, prosecutors, police officers, lawyers; desks and chairs, nameplates, situation files, hypothetical case documents and other teaching support tools. The layout of the classroom is carried out in the direction of ensuring seriousness, order and in accordance with the goal of practicing procedural skills, thereby helping students more fully experience the atmosphere of a hypothetical trial in a legal training environment.
