Specialized Civil Law

The most important goal of this program is to equip students with a foundational understanding of society, the current legal system, and specialized skills related to Civil Law.

Specialized subjects in this program include Civil Law, Intellectual Property Law, Civil Procedure Law, Marriage and Family Law, Labor Law and Dispute Resolution, Negotiating and Drafting Contracts, Law on Contracts, Law on Enforcement of Civil Judgments, Personal Responsibilities, and Skills in Drafting Legal Documents in Civil Proceedings, among others.

The Civil Law program prepares students for an in-depth study of Civil Law. Graduates of this program can work in the People’s Courts of Vietnam (Economic or Civil, Labor), the People’s Procuracy of Vietnam (Civil department), and other state agencies, as well as in law firms and the legal departments of corporations or international and non-governmental organizations.
