Department of Economic Law

The most important goal of this program is to equip students with grounding knowledge about the society, the current legal system, and specialized skills relating to Economic Law. Lecturers of the courses in this program are also the leading experts on Economic Law, Bankruptcy Law, and Competition Law as well, which is also the strength of the Faculty of Law. Economic Law is also the only course that the Faculty offers in the High Quality Bachelor and the Master of Laws programs.

Specialized subjects of this program include Corporate Law, Commercial Law, Competition Law, Bankruptcy Law, Investment Law, Tax Law, Banking Law, Insurance Business Law, Securities Law, Land Law, Environment law, Real Estate Business Law, Commercial Arbitration Law, Law on Promotion, Law on Commercial Dispute Resolution, etc.

The Economic Law program orients students towards in-depth study in Economic and Commercial Law. Graduates of this program can work in the People’s Courts of Vietnam (Economic or Civil), the People’s Procuracy of Vietnam (Economic or Civil) and other state agencies, as well as law firms, legal department of corporations or international and non-government organizations.
